The History Factory Adds Communications & Media Relations Specialist As Part of Larger Growth Plans
CHANTILLY, VA (PRWEB) January 8, 2005 -
Following a successful 2004, which saw company-wide growth, The History Factory is poised to continue the trend with the addition of Jennifer Myers, the companyÂs new Communications & Media Relations Specialist. In the position, which was created to respond to growing business development needs, Jennifer will take an active role in promoting the services of The History Factory, a heritage management firm that helps organizations discover, preserve and leverage their history to meet today’s business challenges.
ÂThe demand for heritage management programs is increasing as businesses realize the power of their history, says Executive Vice President Keir Walton. ÂWe believe Jennifer can help us meet those needs.Â
As The History Factory looks to continue its growth in the upcoming year, Jennifer will play a critical role in developing and implementing the companyÂs public relations strategy as well as creating and managing materials to support business development. She will manage the companyÂs internal and external communications, serving as the main point person for the media.
ÂI look forward to bringing The History FactoryÂs already well-received message to an even wider audience and helping additional companies use their experiences to gain a competitive advantage in todayÂs marketplace, says Jennifer Myers.
Jennifer joins The History Factory after two years at Washington, DC-based marketing and brand design firm Greenfield/Belser Ltd., where she was a senior copywriter. Before Greenfield/Belser, she worked as a reporter at Legal Times, an award-winning, DC-based newspaper in the national American Lawyer Media chain, and an associate attorney at Bean, Kinney & Korman in Arlington, VA. She holds a law degree from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary.
